The system is made up of XHZS Ultrasonic Cleaner, XGM-Y Sterilizing Drier and XKG
Filling & Capping Machine for Oral Liquid Bottles. It performs the functions of ultrasonic cleaning,rinsing, steaming, sterilizing drying, filling and capping. It is an automatic production line for producing oral liquid bottles or smaller bottles. It may be fitted with a label-sticking machine, making an ideal production line.

XHZS Vertical Ultrasonic automatic bottle washer
Unique stand rotor structure, adopting manipulator to continue fix bottle, auto rolling to the bottom up and spurt tube to-and-for track. Ultrasonic coarsely washing auto sand to finely washing, needled into bottle strongly back rinsing and water or gas alternate spurt.

XGM-Y Far Infrared Rays Sterilization Drier
Adopting imported electricity elements control, operation parameter can be set, shown and printed. With adjustable running speed, adopting purified 100 class laminar flow protecting while sterilizing and drying, it satisfies the GMP requirement for drugs production exactly.

XKG Filling Roll-cap Machine(For Oral Ingestion Liquid)
Reeling filling, auto tidy the bottles and capper, auto adding and rolling capper, breakage ratio is low, higher filling precision, airproof is good, no inhale, no trail, the shape is very nice.
